Ringkøbing Fjord

Ringkøbing Fjord is with its approximately 300 square kilometers the largest of the fjord in western Jutland. We also think it's the most beautiful... The fjord is a shallow brackish water fjord, surrounded by sand meadows. These are especially located near Tipperne and Værnengene. The fjord is - and has always been - the home of lots of birds, fish and humans, and it still houses some of Denmark's most important bird locations. Therefore, large parts of the areas in and around the fjord are protected areas, securing these beautiful spots.

Welcome to Tipperne Camping and Cabins

Tipperne Camping and Cabins is located in a small scenic and quiet place, with fun around the Pancake Caravan and fireplaces near the cabins, as well as a nice sanitation building. We are surrounded by forests - Blåbjerg dune plantation - with lots of shelter and cosy corners. We are the last stop before reaching Tipperne. Also located very close to the beautiful North Sea, which can be experienced all year long with all its beautiful facets. There is ample opportunity for cycling and hiking in the magnificent scenery, as well as hunting and fishing. The cabins all have a small kitchen with a stove, fridge, coffee machine and kitchenware. The cabin has room for two peple and has a bunk bed in one end and a sofa bed in the other. The toilets are in the sanitation building, only 30 meters away. Breakfast can be purchased in our small kiosk with reception. Bread for breakfast is to be ordered a day in advance. You can also use kitchen, laundry and dry cleaning facilities in the main building.

Welcome to Ringkøbing Camping

Ringkøbing Camping started as an apple and fruit plantation, located in Femhøjsande Plantation. Ringkøbing Camping is 59 years old and there are still some apple trees left. The reception and the shop are open every day in the high season from March 20th to September 27th. Find information about the camping grounds, activities and all about Ringkøbing town and area. Fresh bread from Bakery Skjern can be ordered. We sell gas for your bbq, charcoal, beer, wine and candy from the store. The jump pad is one of the many facilities on the grounds. Moon-cars are free to use and can be used almost everywhere. In addition, there is a nice big ball field, where you can play anything you want - like handball, football or volleyball. Miniature golf and petanque-courts are available on site. Get more information in the store. There are large and small sandboxes throughout the camping grounds. The cabins are for 2 people and have sleeping benches, electric heating, refrigerator, coffee machine and service for two people. The cabins are non-smoking and have no water, bathroom or toilet. There is a small terrace. Duvets and pillows are in the cabin. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented in the information.
