Family therapy for regular people with regular problems - which has grown too big. During the therapy session, you let me know which problem the family would like to work with. We solve the problem verbally and together. Alternatively, we find a new way of doing things in order to make the family functions again. In family therapy everybody, who is living together, participates. Even thought it might be the adults having problems, it is soothing for the children to see and hear, that the grown-ups are getting help to handle their problems. I often see children falling asleep during therapy sessions - they relax, sensing the adults being helped.
