Paradiset og Skifterhuset

Idyllic small houses with beautiful views of woods, fields and the sea.

We offer a total of 12 beds in two different houses.

Paradiset 5+: farmhouse with 2 rooms on the first floor with 5 beds and the possibility to set up a cot and extra mattresses. Downstairs is a kitchen-dining room and bathroom. The house is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

Skifterhuset 6+: holiday house with 3 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and two on the first floor with a total of 7 beds and the possibility to set up a cot and extra mattresses. Bathroom and kitchen-dining room on the ground floor. The apartment is well equipped with dishwasher. You can rent 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms.

Grill for outdoor use both homes. TV with very limited number of channels in Paradiset. Internet in both homes. The houses are located in a radius of 100 meters

Prices Paradiset:
High season week 28 - 34                       
Workdays: 700 DKK - 95 Euro. High season: 900 DKK - 122 Euro
Weekend 2 nights Friday-Saturday: DKK 1,700. - 230 euro. High season: 2.200 DKK - 297 Euro
Week from Saturday to Saturday: 4,500 DKK - 604 Euro. High season: 5.900 DKK - 797 Euro
At one night stays - supplement of 500 DKK - 67 Euro.

Electricity is settled according to consumption/ actual electricity price. 

Low season
Weekdays: 800 DKK / 108 EUR
Weekends and holidays/2 nights, e.g. Friday and Saturday: 2,000 DKK. / 270 EUR
Week Saturday to Saturday: 4,900 DKK / 660 Euro

High season
In high season weeks 28-34 only on a weekly basis Saturday to Saturday.
Week Saturday to Saturday: 6,500 DKK / 870 Euro

Bed linen/towel/tea towel 120 DKK / 16 EUR / person.
Extra mattress on the floor or cot 50 DKK / 7 EUR / day
Dog/cat 100 DKK / 14 EUR / day / animal.

Prices Skifterhuset
Rent per day incl. 1 room, with private bathroom and access to kitchen: 500 DKK / 68 EUR. The price includes electricity consumption and cleaning. For a single night 600 DKK / 80 EUR.

Rent per day incl. 2 rooms, with private bathroom and access to kitchen: 800 DKK / 108 EUR. The price includes electricity consumption and cleaning. For a single night 900 DKK / 121 EUR.

Rent per day incl. 3 rooms, the entire apartment with private bathroom, private kitchen and private entrance: 1200 DKK / 161 EUR. The price includes electricity consumption and cleaning. For a single night 1300 DKK / 175 EUR.

If you want to rent 1 or 2 rooms and have your own kitchen and entrance, there is a surcharge of 300 DKK / 40 EUR per night.

Bed linen/towels/tea towels can be rented for 120 DKK / 16 EUR./person.

Extra mattress, extra bed or cot 50 DKK / day.

Knuthenborg Safari Park, Dodekalitten, Museumsbanen in Bandholm, Maribo Cathedral, Maribo Golf Course, Ravnsby hills, Lalandia, Postbåden in Nakskov fjord, Krokodille Zoo and the Medieval Center, Vindeby Mølle. A trip to Germany or the small cozy islands in Smålandsfarvandet; Femø, Fejø and Askø.
