The apartments are situated on the first floor of an old doctor's house on the outskirts of the town of Fjerritslev. Here everything oozes of peace and quiet. We have 2 cozy apartments with room for 2 people in each one. Own kitchen in each apartment and a shared bathroom and toilet. Washer and dryer are available.

We live not far from a lovely park with playground.

Fosdalen is one of Denmark's beautiful growing regions, it has been allowed to leave everything there grow wild. There is an amazing view of Lien and Jammerbugten.

Primuladalen is one of the most beautiful places in Lien Plantation. Here primroses grow everywhere.

The fishing boats at Thorup beach are pulled with a tractor on land. You can often buy fish directly on the boats when they come from the sea. The port also has a very well-stocked fish shop, where a large part of the freshly caught fish is sold. You may also buy some ready-made meals in the store.

"Slettestrand" and "Svinkløv"
Slettestrand and Svinkløv can easily be your starting point for unique experiences and an active holiday in Jammerbugten. Discover the light, the sea, the plantations and the friendly atmosphere. Only in a few places in Denmark you will meet so magnificent and distinctive nature as in the area around Slettestrand/Svinkløv. You will discover that there van be a special combination between an action-oriented, active holiday and a place with natural beauty that makes you stop and enjoy the serenity.

From the top of the longest coastal cliff "Lien" is a series of stunning lookouts. By "Svinklovene" stretches the tall green slopes completely out of the sea with a wide view beyond Jammerbugtens endless ocean surface. Svinkløv Dune Plantation offers lush, dense forests, rippling sources and open glades. Whole areas teeming with hiking, biking and riding trails. It is also in Svinkløv Dune Plantation that you find one of the best mountain-bike routes with challenges for both the novices and the experienced elite riders.

Naturreservatet Vejlerne, northern Europe's largest bird sanctuary
Denmark's largest scientific reserve, Naturreservatet Vejlerne, is located in the southwestern part of Jammerbugten. The bird sanctuary Vejlerne comprises about 6000 ha. (60 km2) and is owned by Aage V. Jensen Charity Foundation. You have the opportunity to experience birds such as brent goose, little gull and spoonbill. The biggest breeding group of greylag geese spend their time here, and in autumn the bird sanctury is the country's largest space for cranes and other birds.
There are many vantage points and bird hides where you can get a great look into the magnificent scenery on Vejlerne. There is also the opportunity to visit Vejlerne Nature Centre, located on Highway 11 where there is an information center and binoculars
