The annex has a pull-out bed, with fine mattresses and mattress toppers, fridge, kitchenette with microwave, TV with chrome-cast, wifi, toilet & bath.

There is also a small wooden terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill.

Private parking space and possibility to pitch a tent next to the annex.

The annex is within walking distance of Oehlenschläger's Beech, where the Danish national anthem was written.

There are also several good hiking trails in the area.
