All over Thy, from the wetlands in the north, down through Thy National Park and along the coast of the North Sea, Thy offers different types of accommodation, for different types of holidays and short breaks.

The wind from the sea can be quite strong in this corner of Denmark and it has created a landscape and a nature which is quite unique.

These conditions were the reason why part of Thy was turned into a national park in 2008 - that first and foremost should ensure the quality of nature and moreover the national park offers possibilities of great outdoor experiences.

In Thy National Park there are a myriad of marked hiking, horseriding and biking trails, which are placed in varied ter rain and often offer good vantage points along the way.
